Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. This reader uses that account to save your reading position so you can resume on another device.
Feedback you submit is saved with your account, email address, reactions or notes, submission time, and the reading context attached to it.
A sign-in cookie keeps this browser connected to your account. Session records can include your IP address and browser information. Reader settings, progress awaiting sync, and feedback drafts are also stored in this browser. Local account copies are cleared after successful sign-out or when this reader detects an account change.
Signing out ends this reader session. Saved account progress and feedback remain available when you sign in again. Google handles its sign-in service under its Privacy Policy.
Other reader accounts cannot browse your identity, reading progress, or feedback. Authorized service administrators can access stored records to operate the service; this storage is not end-to-end encrypted.
If you choose optional voice dictation, your browser may send audio to its speech recognition provider. You can type feedback instead.
